The invention provides an integral building system of a steel structure factory building. The building system comprises main frames and a supporting device. Each main frame is provided with a connecting device used for being connected with the adjacent main frames. Each main frame comprises a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame; the first supporting frames and the second supporting frames are connected withgether through connecting frame bodies; and each connecting device comprises a first connecting mechanism which is arranged on the first supporting frame and used for being connected with the adjacent first supporting frame, and a second connecting mechanism which is arranged on the second supporting frame and used for being connected with the adjacent second supporting frame. According to the integral building system of the steel structure factory building, first connecting parts on first supporting frames of a first main frame and second connecting parts on first supporting frames of a second main frame are connected withgether, third connecting parts on the second supporting frames of the first main frame and fourth connecting parts on second supporting frame of the second main frame are connected withgether, and the multiple main frames are spliced together to form the steel structure factory building, so that the steel structure factory building is simpler and quicker to build.
