The invention relates to a prestressed beam capable of resisting wind suction. The prestressed beam is composed of an upper chord roof beam, arc-shaped lower chord inhaul cables, arc-shaped wind-resistant cables, vertical supporting rods, lower chord horizontal supporting rods and support columns. The prestressed beam is characterized in that the arc-shaped lower chord inhaul cables comprise the first arc-shaped lower chord inhaul cable and the second arc-shaped lower chord inhaul cable; the first arc-shaped inhaul cable and the second arc-shaped inhaul cable are hinged through the lower chord horizontal supporting rods; the upper chord roof beam is connected with the lower chord horizontal supporting rods through the vertical supporting rods; and the arc-shaped wind-resistant cables are connected with the upper chord roof beam and the lower chord horizontal supporting rods through the vertical supporting rods.
