The drainage of accumulated water on the surface of a roof structure is an important waterproof technology, meanwhile, a water falling opening is also an important waterproof node, the prefabricated tray is embedded in advance before concrete casting, and the two problems can be simultaneously solved. The construction method has the advantages that the thickness of a concrete protection layer is utilized so that a water falling pipe is lower by 20 to 30mm, namely, the water falling pipe is lower than the plane of all waterproof layers, no accumulated water exists on the waterproof layers, and the waterproof quality can be long.
