The mounting method comprises the following steps of enabling materials to enter a site, detecting the flatness of a wall surface through a planometer, punching in positions where a keel frame needs to be installed on a wall body and support keels need to be installed, installing the keel frame, leveling the keel frame through an adjusting device, fixing the keel frame, then installing the support keels, putting the bottom of the cement fiber decorative plate in the support keels, installing fixed buckles between the cement fiber decorative plate and the keel frame, arranging an upper fixed piece above the cement fiber decorative plate, and arranging a lower fixed piece below the cement fiber decorative plate, so that installation is completed. According to the mounting structure and the mounting method, adjusting parts are arranged in connecting holes, and the distance between the keel frame and the wall surface can be adjusted through the adjusting parts, so that the problem of irregularity of the wall surface in the painting process is solved, and the mounting flatness of the cement fiber decorative plate is effectively guaranteed.
