The invention relates to a safe intelligent climbing frame for high-rise building construction. The safe intelligent climbing frame comprises a climbing frame body, wherein the climbing frame body comprises a multilayer laminate assembly; the back side, the left side and the right side of the multilayer laminate assembly are covered with protection nets; the laminate assembly comprises a scaffold board, a buffer pad, a bearing plate and a plate box with an opening at the upper end; the bearing plate is connected into the plate box through an elastic element; the scaffold board and the buffer pad are sequentially paved on the bearing plate from top to bottom; a gravity sensor is arranged on the bottom surface of the scaffold board; a climbing frame warning device is also arranged on the outer wall of the plate box; and the gravity sensor and the climbing frame warning device respectively build communication connection with a controller arranged on the ground. By using the technical scheme, the safe intelligent climbing frame has the advantages that construction tools or raw materials can be prevented from falling from the climbing frame body through the protection nets; the overload of personnel, construction tools or construction materials carried in the climbing frame can also be prevented; great impact injury on personnel in the climbing frame due to fast falling can also be prevented; and various safety protection measures are used, so that the safety of the climbing frame is improved.
