Brick clamping device and clamping method
The invention provides a brick clamping method and a clamping device. The clamping device comprises an adjusting rod and a fixed plate fixed to one end of the adjusting rod; two side plates are fixed to two ends of the fixed plate respectively; open holes are formed in the two side plates respectively; a threaded rod is arranged between the two open holes in a penetrating mode; a rotating piece used for driving the threaded rod to rotate is arranged on the adjusting rod; two clamping plates used for clamping bricks are screwed on the two sides, relative to the adjusting rod, of the threaded rod respectively; and baffles used for preventing the clamping plates from shaking are arranged on the two sides of the fixed plate in the axial direction of the threaded rod. Through the combination of the clamping plates with small thicknesses, the threaded rod, an adjusting rod and the rotating piece, the technical problem that adjacent bricks are prone to being damaged in a brick dismantling mode in the prior art under the condition that gaps between the bricks are small is solved. The device is convenient to use and operate, the working efficiency is improved, and waste caused by wrong brick laying is effectively reduced.
本发明的砖块夹持装置及夹持方法,夹持装置包括:调节杆以及与该调节杆一端固定的固定板,该固定板两端分别固定有两块侧板,两块该侧板上分别开设有开孔,两个该开孔之间穿设有螺杆,该调节杆上设有用于带动螺杆旋转的转动件,该螺杆上相对于该调节杆的两侧分别螺合有用于夹持砖块的两块夹板,该固定板两侧均沿该螺杆的轴向设有用于防止夹板晃动的挡板。本发明通过厚度较小的夹板、螺杆、调节杆及转动件的组合,解决了在砖块之间的缝隙小的情况下,现有技术中的砖块拆除方式容易使相邻砖块产生破损的技术问题。且本发明装置使用操作方便,提升工作效率高,有效减少因铺设砖块错误导致的浪费。
