The invention discloses a combined blasting construction method for a large-diameter deep foundation pit through a reverse construction method. The combined blasting construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the actual depth of a blasting rock layer and the actual blasting depth of each section of a blasting area are determined; S2, based on the actual depth of the blasting rock layer and the actual depth of each section of blasting in the blasting area, zonal blasting design is conducted, and the center of the deep foundation pit serves as a base point and extends towards the outer side of the foundation pit to be sequentially divided into a V-shaped groove center blasting area, a deep hole blasting area, a shallow hole blasting area and a static blasting area; S3, after underground diaphragm wall construction and earthwork construction of the deep foundation pit are completed to a rock layer, blasting construction is conducted on the V-shaped groove center blasting area; S4, after construction of the V-shaped groove center blasting area is completed, subarea construction is conducted, and construction is conducted according to the sequence of the deep hole blasting area, the shallow hole blasting area and the static blasting area; S5, after the static blasting area of the section is constructed to the designed elevation, a lining wall is poured; and S6, after construction of the lining wall of the section is completed, static blasting area construction of the next section is conducted.
