The invention discloses a high-rise user balcony energy-saving power supply system which comprises a balcony, a mounting groove is formed in the floor surface of the balcony, fixing frames are fixed to the inner walls of the four sides of the mounting groove, glass plates are fixedly mounted on the upper portions of the fixing frames, and a mounting plate is arranged in the mounting groove. Solar cell panels are mounted on the surface of the mounting plate at equal intervals through bolts, supporting plates are arranged on the surface of the mounting plate at equal intervals, a wall is arranged on the rear side of the balcony, a solar controller is mounted on the outer wall of the wall through bolts, a storage battery pack is arranged under the solar controller, and an inverter is fixed to the inner wall of the wall through bolts. The system is simple in structure; and the solar cell panel is installed on the balcony, light energy lost on the balcony is recycled, and electric energy obtained through conversion is stored in the storage battery pack, so that power is supplied to a household power supply system, the burden of an urban power supply system is greatly reduced, and energy is saved.
