Seawater mixed fly ash geopolymer artificial fish reef and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a seawater mixed fly ash geopolymer artificial fish reef and a preparation method thereof. The artificial fish reef comprises fly ash, mineral slag, an exciting agent, shells and Yellow Sea seawater. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, adding 15-50 parts of MgO and 2-5 parts of NaOH into 100-450 parts of seawater to prepare a uniformly dispersed alkali-activated solution; secondly, pouring 150-750 parts of fly ash and 50-300 parts of mineral slag into a stirring pot, and evenly pouring an alkali activator into the stirring pot to be stirred to form slurry; and when the slurry starts to thicken, adding shells to obtain fish reef concrete; and finally, pouring the fish reef concrete into a mold, curing and forming, and removing the mold. The artificial fish reef not only has higher durability and marine ecological compatibility, but also gives consideration to the early strength and the later strength of the artificial fish reef, and can resist the influence of sea tides, sea waves and ocean currents in long-term service. The marine organism adhesion capacity on the surface of the fish reef is higher, the trapping capacity of the artificial fish reef on various fish schools is remarkably improved, fresh water resources are saved while the production cost is reduced, and the problem of recycling of industrial waste is solved.
