Coal-fired slag concrete
The invention discloses coal-fired furnace slag concrete which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 278 kg of cement, 1173 kg of coal-fired furnace slag, 310 kg of water, 92 kg of coal ash and 3.7 kg of an additive. According to the invention, the coal-fired slag is used as the main aggregate of the concrete, and the single volume of the coal-fired slag is small, so that the coal-fired slag concrete has higher fluidity; meanwhile, various light materials such as ceramsite, pottery sand and water granulated slag are added into the concrete, so that the strength of the coal-fired slag concrete is improved, and the problem of floating of the light materials is solved.
本发明公开了一种燃煤炉渣混凝土,按重量份计算,该混凝土各组分配比为:水泥278kg、燃煤炉渣1173kg、水310kg、粉煤灰92kg以及外加剂3.7kg。本发明采用燃煤炉渣作为混凝土的主要骨料,且燃煤炉渣单个体积较小,使得燃煤炉渣混凝土更加具有流动性;同时,本发明在混凝土中添加了陶粒、陶沙以及水渣等多种轻质材料,不仅提高了燃煤炉渣混凝土的强度,还解决了轻质材料上浮的问题。
