The invention relates to a plastic runway trowelling machine which comprises a power assembly, a rotating shaft, a rotating disc, a connecting rod, a trowelling plate, a heater and a conductive slip ring, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the torque output end of the power assembly, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the rotating disc. The trowelling plate is installed on the connecting rod which is installed on the rotating disc. The heater is arranged on the trowelling plate, the conductive slip ring sleeves the rotating shaft, and the current output end of the conductive slip ring is electrically connected with the heater. According to the plastic track trowelling machine, when the glue scraping operation is carried out, the power assembly drives the trowelling plate to rotate to scrape the base glue, meanwhile, the heater heats the trowelling plate, the trowelling plate heats the glue base after being heated, glue solution condensation is prevented, and leveling of the base glue is facilitated. The plastic runway trowelling machine is simple in structure, capable of meeting the requirement for glue scraping operation of small sites, easy to operate, small in labor intensity and high in working efficiency compared with manual glue scraping.
