The water surface garbage treatment device comprises a ship body, a floating box, a garbage gathering module, a garbage fishing module, a garbage dumping module and a garbage compression module; the garbage gathering module comprises grids which are driven by a hydraulic push rod I and can be gathered and separated; the garbage fishing module comprises a conveying belt, a turbine gear motor and fishing plates, wherein the conveying belt is obliquely arranged at the front part of the ship body and is driven by the turbine gear motor, and the fishing plates are uniformly distributed on the conveying belt in rows; the garbage dumping module comprises a garbage collecting bin, a connecting rod II, a shear fork connecting rod mechanism and a hydraulic push rod II, wherein the garbage collecting bin is hinged to the ship body through the connecting rod II, the shear fork connecting rod mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the garbage collecting bin and is driven by the hydraulic push rod II, and then the garbage collecting bin is driven to turn over by taking the connecting rod as a supporting point; and the garbage compression module comprises a pressing plate and a hydraulic push rod III, wherein the hydraulic push rod III is installed on the ship body, the pressing plate is connected with the hydraulic push rod III, and the pressing plate is located in the garbage collecting bin. According to the water surface garbage treatment device, automatic cruising can be realized, and water surface garbage can be identified and fished.
