The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall grabbing, drilling and grooving construction method. The construction station of an underground diaphragm wall is divided into a plurality of straight groove positions and a plurality of corner groove positions, and the straight groove positions are connected between every two adjacent corner groove positions; the straight groove positions and the corner groove positions are excavated at intervals to the position above a rock stratum; a rotary drilling rig drills a plurality of breaking holes downwards in the rock stratum of the straight groove positions and the corner groove positions to damage the integrity of the rock stratum, wherein when the rock stratum of the corner groove positions is drilled, two outward-releasing holes are drilled downwards in the outer sides of the corner groove positions, and the two outward-releasing holes and the breaking holes in the two ends of the corner groove positions are collinear; and after the integrity of the rock stratum is damaged, a grooving machine grabs rock and soil between every two adjacent breaking holes to form an underground diaphragm wall groove. The problem that the cost is high when an underground diaphragm wall is constructed in a geological stratum with a rock stratum through a grabbing and milling combined method is solved.
本发明公开了一种地连墙抓钻成槽施工方法,将地连墙的施工工位划分为多段直槽位和多段拐角槽位,多段所述直槽位连接于相邻两所述拐角槽位之间;间隔开挖多段所述直槽位和多段所述拐角槽位至岩层的上方;旋挖钻机分别于所述直槽位、所述拐角槽位的岩层中向下钻进多个破除孔以破坏岩层完整性,其中,在钻进所述拐角槽位的岩层时,于所述拐角槽位的外侧向下钻进两外放孔,两所述外放孔分别与所述拐角槽位的两端的破除孔共线设置;在所述岩层完整性被破坏后,成槽机抓取相邻两所述破除孔之间岩土以形成地连墙槽。本发明解决了在具有岩层的地质层中采用抓铣结合的方法施工地下连续墙,存在成本高的问题。
