A stirring tank is fixedly connected to the top of the boat body, a main shaft is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the stirring tank through a bearing, stirring blades are evenly welded to the outer side wall of the main shaft, a first rotating wheel is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the main shaft, a belt is connected to the outer side of the first rotating wheel in a rotating mode, and a through groove is formed in one side of the stirring tank.
