The invention provides a washstand capable of being automatically folded and lifted. The washstand comprises a main supporting rod, an auxiliary supporting rod, a linear push rod, an inclined support, a washstand frame, an induction faucet, an upper sensor and a lower sensor; the upper sensor is arranged in the center of the top end of the main supporting rod; the linear push rod is arranged at the lower end of the auxiliary supporting rod, and the middle of the auxiliary supporting rod is connected with the inclined support; the two sides of the inclined support are connected with the washstand frame; and the lower sensor is arranged behind the induction faucet and under the upper sensor. The washstand has the advantages that intelligent folding and lifting of the washstand are achieved at the same time in a motor running mode, and great convenience is brought to a user; the height of the washstand can be judged more accurately through the two position sensors, and the washstand cannot be disturbed by behaviors of the user; the linear push rod cannot damage an installation structure through double sliding cavities and sliding rods, and use is safer; and infrared induction is matched with the sensors, the user and a pet can be distinguished, and judgment is more accurate.
