The heat insulation board comprises a first substrate (1), a polyurethane layer (2), a second substrate (3) and a composite material layer (4); the polyurethane layer (2) is arranged between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (3); and the composite material layer (4) is arranged on the outer surface of the first substrate (1). The heat insulation board for the refrigeration house is good in adiabaticity and low in heat conduction coefficient; compared with a conventional heat insulation board with a painted surface, the surface temperature of the heat insulation board is reduced by more than 25% compared with the surface temperature of the conventional heat insulation board when the heat insulation board and the conventional heat insulation board are both exposed to the sun; and the heat insulation board is coated with an aluminum-plastic composite material, so that the surface of the heat insulation board is more acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant and non-toxic, and the heat insulation board is more suitable for construction of the refrigeration houses and green production workshops.
