The invention discloses a novel concrete floor convenient to disassemble and an assembling method. The novel concrete floor comprises a precast concrete slab, positioning inserting holes, a connecting steel plate and high-strength friction type bolts, wherein three sets of positioning inserting holes used for connecting are evenly formed in the outer end face of the precast concrete slab at equal intervals. According to the novel concrete floor convenient to disassemble and the assembling method, sustainable use of a building structure is achieved, a beam slab structure is convenient to disassemble, components cannot be damaged, the components can be reused, and therefore contribution is made to the sustainable building technology; waste of a large number of non-renewable building materials is reduced, and energy needed for disassembling a concrete building is further saved; meanwhile, construction is rapid, the beam slab structure does not need any cast-in-place concrete, the formwork cost is saved, the construction period is short, and obvious economic benefits and social benefits can be obtained; and meanwhile, the joint connecting structure is simple, the construction process is simplified, the influence of uncertainty on the structural performance in construction is reduced, and the construction efficiency of joint connecting is improved.
