The device comprises a supporting module and a mounting module. The supporting module comprises a first frame and a second frame fixedly connected with one side of the first frame; universal self-locking wheels are fixedly connected with the two ends of the adjacent sides of the first frame and the second frame; a connecting plate is fixedly connected with one end of one side, adjacent to the first frame, of the second frame; and two first electric push rods are symmetrically and rotationally connected with the top of the connecting plate. According to the sliding window mounting device for building decoration, the first frame and the second frame are arranged, a plurality of adjusting rods are arranged on a box body, and the relative positions of the adjusting rods are adjusted through positioning bolts, so that the two side edges of an aluminum alloy window frame are clamped and limited through L-shaped clamping blocks; and the aluminum alloy window frame can be conveniently transferred to a mounting area through the universal self-locking wheels on the first frame and the second frame, so that the transfer efficiency of the aluminum alloy window frame can be improved.
