The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a wall sprinkling device and method for building construction. The wall sprinkling method for building construction is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) moving the device to the position in front of a wall surface, fixing the device through four foundation screws, two wall fixing screws I and two wall fixing screws II, fixing two limiting protruding blocks and a linkage protruding block in a connecting sliding groove, and filling water in a storage box; (2) starting a water suction pump, and pumping water in the storage box into a water drainage pipe through a water suction pipe by suction force generated by the water suction pump; (3) starting a motor II so as to drive a transverse moving support plate to slide transversely and repeatedly in the sprinkling process, so that large-area covering of the wall surface is completed, and a conical storage cavity is driven to move downwards; and (4) starting a motor III when water is sprayed to the wall surface so as to drive the conical storage cavity to rotate, so that uniform spraying to the wall surface is completed.
