The guide frame climbing type working platform system realizes obstacle avoidance through installation, and employs two guide rail frames, two working platforms, two platform driving mechanisms, a displacement base station, a positioning label, two mobile retractable platforms and two retractable platform driving mechanisms, the opposite sides of the two working platforms are each provided with one mobile retractable platform capable of contracting or stretching, and the upper end and the lower end of the obstacle are each provided with a positioning label. When the distance between the displacement base station and the positioning label arranged at one end of the obstacle is smaller than a first set distance, the mobile retractable platforms are contracted, the two platform driving mechanisms enable the corresponding working platforms to cross the obstacles; when the distance between the displacement base station and the positioning label arranged at the other end of the obstacle is changed from large to small and from small to large to a second set distance, the mobile retractable platforms are stretched, comprehensive construction of the outer facade of a building is achieved, and avoiding and climbing of the obstacle with a certain height can be realized.
本发明提供一种导架爬升式工作平台系统穿越障碍物的方法,通过安装实现障碍物避让的导架爬升式工作平台系统,该系统采用两导轨架、两工作平台、两平台驱动机构、位移基站、定位标签、两移动伸缩平台及两伸缩平台驱动机构,两工作平台相对侧分别设一能够收缩或者伸展的移动伸缩平台,障碍物的上下两端分别设置一定位标签,当位移基站与设置于障碍物的一端的定位标签的距离小于第一设定距离时,收缩移动伸缩平台,再通过两平台驱动机构使得对应的工作平台越过障碍物;当位移基站与设置于障碍物的另一端定位标签的距离由大变小又由小变大至第二设定距离时,伸展移动伸缩平台,实现建筑外立面的全面施工;并可实现具有一定高度的障碍物的避让爬升。
