Method for preparing cementing material by utilizing modified waste
The invention relates to a method for preparing a cementing material by using modified waste. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and uniformly stirring 15-25% by mass of industrial waste residue and 75-85% by mass of household garbage incineration fly ash, putting into ultrafine crushing equipment, and crushing into mixed ultrafine particles; S2, grinding an inorganic curing agent into inorganic superfine coated particles with the particle size being 1200-2000 meshes; and S3, mixing the mixed ultrafine particles in the step S1 with the inorganic ultrafine coated particles in the step S2 according to a ratio, and carrying out rotary suspension and curing encapsulation through high-speed airflow in a closed and low-temperature environment to form the cementing material containing the inorganic material coating layer. According to the preparation method of the cementing material, the industrial waste residues and the incineration fly ash can be effectively recycled, meanwhile, harmful substances in the fly ash are effectively solidified, secondary pollution in the treatment process is avoided, and harm of the incineration fly ash to the environment and human health is thoroughly avoided.
本发明涉及一种利用改性废弃物制备胶凝材料的方法,包括以下步骤:S1,将质量百分比为15‑25%的工业废渣,与质量百分比为75‑85%的生活垃圾焚烧飞灰混合并搅拌均匀后,投入超细微粉碎设备中,粉碎成混合超细粒子;S2,将无机固化剂粉磨成颗粒粒径为1200‑2000目的无机超细包覆粒子;S3,按比例将步骤S1中的混合超细粒子与步骤S2中的无机超细包覆粒子混合后,在密闭以及低温的环境下,通过高速气流进行旋转悬浮,固化包封,形成一种含有无机材料包覆层的胶凝材料。本发明所述胶凝材料的制备方法,不仅可以将工业废渣和焚烧飞灰进行有效地资源化利用,同时有效固化了飞灰中有害物质,避免了处理过程中的二次污染,彻底避免了焚烧飞灰对环境以及人类健康造成的危害。
