The invention discloses a liquid alkali-free waterproof accelerator for sprayed concrete and a preparation method of the accelerator, and relates to the field of building materials. The alkali-free accelerator is invented mainly for solving the problems that an existing alkali-free accelerator has toxicity and irritation and is unfavorable for the early strength of cement. The liquid alkali-free waterproof accelerator comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 52% of compound aluminum sulfate, 6% of a stabilizer, 1.2% of FM, 16% of an early strength agent and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding water into a beaker, slowly pouring the compound aluminum sulfate in proportion, starting stirring, and conducting heating to 70-80 DEG C; dripping FM into the beaker by using a rubber head dropper, and conducting stirring for 30 minutes until the solution is basically clear; dripping W1 into the beaker by using a rubber head dropper, and conducting stirring for 30 minutes; adding W2 into the beaker, and keeping heating and stirring; and adding the early strength agent, stopping heating, and keeping stirring until the solution recovers to room temperature. The accelerator has the advantages of wide cement adaptability, good storage stability, small mixing amount, no use of toxic raw materials and the like.
一种喷射混凝土用液体无碱防水速凝剂及其制备方法涉及建筑材料领域。主要是为解决现有无碱速凝剂有毒性和刺激性,对水泥早强不利的问题而发明的。它包括以下重量百分比的原料:复配硫酸铝52%,稳定剂6%,FM 1.2%,早强剂16%,其余为水。先将水加入到烧杯内,按比例缓慢倒入复配硫酸铝,开动搅拌,加热至70~80℃。把FM用胶头滴管滴入烧杯,进行30分钟的搅拌直至溶液基本清澈。把W1用胶头滴管滴入烧杯,搅拌30分钟。向烧杯内加入W2并保持加热和搅拌。添入早强剂,停止加热,保持搅拌至溶液恢复室温。优点是具有水泥适应性广泛、储存稳定性好、掺量较少、未使用有毒的原料等特点。
