Method for preparing water-resistant gypsum board
The invention discloses a method for preparing a water-resistant gypsum board. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing gypsum, silica fume, borax, activated carbon and cement to obtain mixed powder; step 2, mixing the mixed powder obtained in the step 1 with a stearic acid emulsion, and conducting stirring and mixing to obtain an emulsion system A; step 3, adding aluminum oxide and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into the emulsion system A under a stirring condition, and continuing stirring after the aluminum oxide and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose are added so as to obtain an emulsion system B; step 4, adding polyacrylamide into the emulsion system B under a stirring condition, continuing stirring after the polyacrylamide is added, and performing natural cooling to room temperature; step 5, centrifugally separating the cooled system to obtain a water-resistant gypsum emulsion; step 6, spraying a release agent into a wallboard mold, pouring the waterproof gypsum emulsion into the wallboard mold, and successively conducting leveling, rolling at a temperature of 20-30 DEG C, and standing for 1-2 days; and step 7, drying the leveled wallboard mold, and carrying out demolding to obtain the water-resistant gypsum board.
