Tailing foam concrete applied to high-cold and high-altitude areas and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses tailing foam concrete applied to high-cold and high-altitude areas. The tailing foam concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 170-1000 parts of a cementing material, 0-20 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0-12 parts of a modifier, 0.1-2 parts of a foaming agent, 0-8 parts of a blender, 0-1.1 parts of a water reducing agent and 100-500 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing raw materials; (2) mixing and stirring a cementing material, a reinforcing agent, a modifier, a blender, a water reducing agent and water to obtain composite slurry; (3) diluting a foaming agent with water, foaming to obtain foam, and mixing the foam with the composite slurry; and (4) carrying out cast-in-place construction or prefabricating foam concrete blocks in a factory. After a roadbed is filled with the tailing foam concrete, the internal hydration temperature is guaranteed, frozen soil on the lower portion can be isolated, and the influence of the frozen soil on the roadbed is reduced. In addition, the frozen soil melting phenomenon caused by the influence of the external temperature can be relieved.
本发明公开了一种应用于高寒高海拔地区的尾矿泡沫混凝土,包括以下重量份的原料:胶凝材料170‑1000份、增强剂0‑20份、改性剂0‑12份、发泡剂0.1‑2份、调和剂0‑8份、减水剂0‑1.1份和水100‑500份;制备方法:(1)称取各原料;(2)将胶凝材料、增强剂、改性剂、调和剂、减水剂和水混合搅拌,得到复合浆料;(3)先将发泡剂与水稀释,进行发泡得到泡沫,然后与复合浆料混合;(4)进行现场浇筑施工或者工厂预制成泡沫混凝土砌块,即得。本发明尾矿泡沫混凝土在路基填筑后,既保证了内部水化的温度,又可以隔离下部冻土,降低了冻土对路基的影响;此外还可以减轻因外界温度的影响从而造成冻土融溶的现象。
