High-breakdown-strength dielectric ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-breakdown-strength dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The dielectric ceramic material provided by the invention has high breakdown strength. The preparation method of the dielectric ceramic material comprises the following steps: 1) weighing raw materials according to the ratio of all reagents in the chemical formula aTiO2-bSiO2-cAl2O3-xCa3 (PO4) 2; and 2) adding deionized water and zirconium oxide ball-milling beads into the weighed reagent for ball milling, then adding PVA, and carrying out spray drying on the slurry; pressing the obtained mixed raw material into a mold with the diameter of 15mm in a single-axis manner under 30MPa to obtain a cylindrical green body with the thickness of 0.5 mm; and 3) discharging the adhesive of the prepared cylindrical green body, and sintering at 1200-1300 DEG C to obtain the sintered ceramic chip. The dielectric ceramic material has relatively high breakdown strength, is simple in preparation process, low in production cost, lead-free and environment-friendly, and has a wide application prospect in a high-voltage solid-state pulse power system.
一种高击穿强度的介电陶瓷材料及其制备方法。本发明的介电陶瓷材料具有高击穿强度,其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)按化学式aTiO2‑bSiO2‑cAl2O3‑xCa3(PO4)2中各试剂的配比称取原料;2)将称取的试剂加入去离子水和氧化锆球磨珠进行球磨,然后添加PVA后对浆料进行喷雾干燥。将得到的混合原料在30MPa下单轴压入直径为15mm的模具中,获得厚度为0.5mm的圆柱形生胚;3)将制备的圆柱形生胚的粘合剂排出,然后在1200~1300℃下烧结,得到烧好的陶瓷片。本发明的介电陶瓷材料具有较高的击穿强度,其制备工艺简单、生产成本低、无铅环保,在高压固态脉冲功率系统中具有广泛的应用前景。
