The invention discloses a prestressed steel-concrete combined box girder suspension splicing construction device which comprises a support, the support is provided with a first girder section, a second girder section and a second girder end which are symmetrically hoisted, the second girder end adopts a finish rolling deformed steel bar anchoring device, and two steel boxes are welded and spliced to enable the first girder section and the second girder section to form a cantilever structure. A first connecting hole and a second connecting hole are formed in a finish rolling deformed steel bar. The finish rolling deformed steel bar is used as a prestressed steel bar in the sectional suspended splicing construction stage of the steel box girder. The second girder ends are symmetrically hoisted and accurately positioned. According to the construction method, the finish-rolled deformed steel bars are adopted as prestressing force to conduct cantilever assembly construction on the open steel box girders, and the construction difficulty is small; the cantilever construction without traffic blocking is convenient; and the device has the advantages of saving construction temporary facilities and saving construction cost.
