Comprehensive prevention and control method for avalanche disaster along road
The invention discloses a comprehensive prevention and control method for avalanche disasters along a road. The method comprises the steps that a topographic region between railways or highways from the top of a mountain to the foot of the mountain are horizontally divided into four parts from top to bottom along a contour line, namely a fault zone windward region, a fracture region, a movement region and an accumulation region; a plurality of snow blowing prevention fences are sequentially and transversely arranged at intervals in the fault zone windward region from high to low; a plurality of snow supporting nets and/or snow supporting fences are sequentially and transversely arranged at intervals in the fracture region from high to low; a plurality of guide dams, split wedges or anti-avalanche shed tunnels are transversely arranged in the movement region from high to low along the contour line; a plurality of earth mounds, snow retaining dams and/or snow protection forest belts are sequentially arranged in the accumulation region at intervals from high to low along the contour line; and the sizes of the distribution areas of the fault zone windward region, the fracture region, the movement region and the accumulation region of are divided according to specific landforms. The method can effectively prevent the damage of the avalanche to the road, guarantees the normal passing of the road along the line, and reduces the economic loss.
本发明公开了一种道路沿线雪崩灾害综合防治方法,该方法为把山顶至山脚下铁路或者公路之间的地形区域沿着等高线由上到下水平分成四个部分,断裂带上风区、断裂区、运动区以及堆积区;在断裂带上风区从高往低依次横向间隔设置着若干道防吹雪栅栏;在断裂区从高往低依次横向间隔设置着若干道撑雪网和或撑雪栅栏;运动区沿着等高线由高到低横向设置着若干道引导坝、分裂楔或者防雪崩棚洞;堆积区沿着等高线由高到低依次间隔设置着若干土丘、挡雪坝和或防雪林带;所述的断裂带上风区、断裂区、运动区以及堆积区其布设区域的大小根据具体地形地貌进行划分设置。本发明方法可以有效防止雪崩对于道路的危害,保证沿线道路正常通行,减少经济损失。
