A negative-pressure material collecting area of the material collecting device is connected with a negative-pressure material collecting bin through a negative-pressure feeding pipe, a positive-pressure material collecting area of the material collecting device is connected with a positive-pressure material collecting bin of the carriage through a positive-pressure feeding pipe, the lower portion of the positive-pressure feeding pipe is further provided with a branch pipe inclining downwards, the branch pipe is connected with one end of a positive-pressure air pipe, the other end of the positive-pressure air pipe is connected with the positive-pressure end of the fan. And the included angle between the branch pipe and the positive pressure feeding pipe is 25-30 degrees. According to the road surface excess material recycling vehicle, redundant stones scattered by the synchronous chip seal vehicle can be effectively recovered, the problems of threshing, oil flooding and the like of the synchronous chip seal in a short time are prevented, and important technical support is provided for the synchronous chip seal technology.
