The invention discloses an underground water extraction device. The underground water extraction device comprises a water path system, a pressure system and a water storage system, and further comprises a filtering system, wherein the water path system comprises a water taking pipeline and a water supply pipeline; the water taking pipeline is inserted into the ground to an underground water layer; the upper end of the water taking pipeline is connected with the pressure system; a first end of the water supply pipeline is connected with the pressure system; a second end of the water supply pipeline is connected with the water storage system; the filtering system is arranged at the lower end of the water taking pipeline; the filtering system comprises a filtering blade; a plurality of water inlet holes are formed in the filtering blade; and a through hole is formed in the water taking pipeline and the water taking pipeline communicates with the filtering blade through the through hole. According to the underground water extraction device disclosed by the invention, underground water is filtered through the filtering blade and deposited sediment is discharged through a check valve.
