The invention relates to the technical field of air water production towers, and particularly relates to a condensing type water production device. The condensing type water production device comprises a motor, a centrifugal impeller and an air duct with two open ends, wherein the axis of the air duct and the axis of the centrifugal impeller are both located in the horizontal plane, the centrifugal impeller is rotationally installed in the air duct, and the output end of the motor is in transmission connection with the centrifugal impeller. According to the condensing type water production device, the centrifugal impeller with the horizontally arranged axis is matched with the air duct, air can enter the two sides of the centrifugal impeller at the same time, that is, center holes of air blocking rings at the two ends of the air duct serve as air inlets, and therefore the two times of air inlet area is obtained; meanwhile, 360-degree all-dimensional air outlet in the circumferential direction is adopted, the air speed of a condensing cavity can be effectively reduced, and therefore the condensing type water production device has the advantages of being low in air speed, gentle in airflow and large in air volume during condensing; the passing time of the airflow in the condensing cavity is long, and therefore moisture in air can be condensed and separated out on the surface of a spiral pipe; and in combination with the advantage of large air volume, the high water production efficiency and the high water production amount can be obtained.
本发明涉及空气制水塔技术领域,尤其是一种冷凝式制水装置,包括电机、离心叶轮及两端开口的风筒,风筒的轴线及离心叶轮的轴线均位于水平面内,离心叶轮转动安装在风筒内,所述电机的输出端和离心叶轮传动连接;本发明的冷凝式制水装置采用轴线水平布置的离心叶轮与风筒的配合,可实现在离心叶轮的两侧同时进风,即风筒两端挡风环的中心孔均作为进风口,以此获得两倍的进风面积,同时,采用周向360度全方位出风,可以有效降低冷凝腔的风速,从而在冷凝时呈现风速低、气流平缓、风量大的特点,气流在冷凝腔中的途经时间长,利于空气中的水分在螺旋管表面冷凝析出,结合风量大的特点,进而可获得较高的制水效率和制水量。
