The invention relates to an anti-overflow device. The anti-overflow device comprises an overflow base, a water discharging assembly and an overflow pipeline communicated between the overflow base and the water discharging assembly, wherein the water discharging assembly comprises a linking piece communicated with the overflow pipeline, a water discharging device mounted on the linking piece and a check valve assembly arranged in the linking piece; a through hole is formed in the side wall of the water discharging device; the water discharging device communicates with the overflow pipeline through the through hole; and the check valve assembly is arranged between the overflow pipeline and the linking piece. The invention mainly relates to the field of products for bathrooms and kitchens; the anti-overflow device is ingenious in structural design and small in occupied space; the anti-overflow device is connected with a water discharging device so that the blank that a water storage basin made of materials including rock plates, marble and the like has no overflow pipeline is filled; the check valve assembly is arranged so that phenomena of air suction and water backflow and backward flowing of a sewer can be prevented; and the water discharging amount of a water discharging pipeline can be increased and standardized development of the water discharging field of the bathrooms and the kitchens is facilitated.
