The invention relates to the technical field of drainage, and discloses a municipal sewage pipeline drainage device capable of automatically dredging. The municipal sewage pipeline drainage device comprises a drainage pipe; through cooperative use of push rods, limiting plates, second gears and rotating rods, the push rods can be utilized to drive scrapers to automatically scrape along the inner wall of the drainage pipe, and therefore, the situation that sludge and dirt are prevented from adhering to the inner wall, caking is difficult to clean, and blockage of the drainage pipe caused by the sludge is avoided; through cooperative use of additional pipes, first gears, connecting rods and baffles, a high-pressure water column is automatically introduced by controlling opening and closing of the additional pipes, the scraped sludge and dirt are automatically washed, so that the desilting effect of the drainage pipe is further improved; and through cooperative use of pinions, special-shaped wheels, first pull rods and second pull rods, the two steps of automatic sludge scraping and automatic high-pressure water column introduction are linked, so that the linkage performance of the whole device is improved, and operation is simpler.
