Foamed ceramic fabricated outer wall and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a foamed ceramic fabricated outer wall and a mounting method thereof. The outer wall comprises a wallboard, a waterproof bonding layer and a plurality of decorative surface blocks, wherein a plurality of rows of fixing seats are arranged on the outer side surface of the wallboard; the waterproof bonding layer is provided with a plurality of rows of stiffening ribs and is mounted on the outer side surface of the wallboard through the fixing seats; the decorative surface blocks are mounted between any two rows of stiffening ribs; and a gap filling material is filled between any adjacent decorative surface blocks. The mounting method of the outer wall comprises the following steps of: S1, arranging the fixing seats on the outdoor side of the wallboard; S2, mounting and combining the wallboard into an inner wall body; S3, fixing the waterproof bonding layer on the wallboard through the fixing seats; S4, clamping the decorative surface blocks between the stiffening ribs of the waterproof bonding layer; and S5, adjusting the decorative surface blocks in place, and then placing the gap filling material 5 in the gap between the adjacent decorative surface blocks. The foamed ceramic fabricated outer wall has the advantages of water resistance, fire resistance, heat preservation, low cost and high construction speed.
