The precast concrete module hoistway is characterized in that a foundation mat poured on site and a foundation raft are sequentially provided with a foundation joint connected with the foundation raft, a first-layer joint connected with the foundation joint, an adjustable joint connected with the first-layer joint, a standard joint connected with the adjustable joint and a top-layer joint connected with the standard joint from bottom to top, and all modules are reinforced concrete precast components; each module is at least provided with a hoistway room used for installing the elevator, and the first-layer joint module and the standard joint module are further provided with aisle rooms communicating the hoistway rooms with a main building; and the foundation joint module and the foundation raft are leveled through mortar cushion blocks and connected through embedded bolts, all the modules are combined and fixed through positioning key bolts, and the positioning key bolt combination and fixation comprise shear-resistant positioning key and tensile-resistant embedded bolt connection. The precast concrete module hoistway has the beneficial technical effects of being small in site construction site potential safety hazard, short in construction period and low in construction cost.
