The invention discloses a construction method for an integral internal mold of an adjustable elevator shaft. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing for installation: checking whether delivery materials correspond to the design scheme or not according to a design drawing, a design scheme and delivery details, and preparing all operation tools; checking the specifications, sizes, models and number of the on-site arrival materials one by one; and replacing accessories of the factory for some insufficient accessories and quality defects; (2) assembling and debugging: assembling an upper-section inner cylinder template and a lower-section inner cylinder template, erecting a corner post of the lower section, aligning and tightening the corner post with a unit template of the lower section, and manually tightening and temporarily fixing the corner post and the unit template by using a fixture. A second bevel gear is driven to rotate by an arranged painting machine through a rotating motor, the second bevel gear and a rotating shaft on a first bevel gear rotate, a gear is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft, and the gear is matched with a rack so as to drive a mounting block to move, so that a roller is driven to paint the outer surface of the template up and down, the painting efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
本发明公开了一种可调式电梯井筒整体内模施工方法,包括如下步骤;步骤一:安装准备,根据设计图纸、设计方案及发货明细,核对发货材料与设计方案是否对应,操作工具备齐;现场到货材料对规格尺寸、型号数量,逐一核实;对个别配件不足、质量缺陷必须更换本厂配件;步骤二:组装调试,一、组装上、下节内筒模板,将下节一根角柱立起,与下节一张单元模板对齐对紧,用夹具手动上紧临时固定;设置的粉刷机,通过旋转电机,带动第二斜齿轮旋转,第二斜齿轮与第一斜齿轮上的转轴旋转,转轴带动齿轮旋转,齿轮再与齿条配合,带动安装块移动,从而带动滚筒在模板外表面上下粉刷,有效的提高了涂刷效率,降低了劳动强度。
