The invention discloses an anti-freezing high-temperature-resistant concrete repairing agent and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of heating acrylic acid to 90 DEG C, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, propyl acetate and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, conducting even mixing, then adding water and conducting even stirring; conducting cooling to 60-70 DEG C, adding calcium oxide, cumene hydroperoxide, sodium sulfite, sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite and urea, and conducting reacting for 2-5 hours; and adding cement and river sand, and conducting stirring for 5-10 minutes. The repairing agent does not crack in an extreme environment, has excellent heat resistance and frost resistance as a repairing agent for buildings, and is relatively wide in application.
