Physical-chemical combined activated glass solid waste concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to physical-chemical combined activated glass solid waste concrete and a preparation method thereof. In a concrete formula, the concrete comprises glass powder for replacing corresponding standard sand by 28-32% of the mass of the standard sand, the average particle size of the glass powder is not greater than 75 microns, and meanwhile, a sulfate excitant, a monobasic strong alkali excitant and a binary strong alkali excitant are added. According to the concrete, firstly, the solid waste glass powder is physically activated and crushed until the average particle size is within 75 microns, standard sand is replaced with the solid waste glass powder according to the proportion of about 30%, meanwhile, the ASR reaction of the concrete can be reduced by adding the alkaline exciting agent, and the problem that the expansion rate is too large due to addition of the glass powder is avoided.
本发明为物理—化学联合激活的玻璃固废混凝土及其制备方法,在混凝土配方中包括,以标准砂质量的28‑32%替换相应的标准砂的玻璃粉,所述玻璃粉的平均粒径不大于75μm,同时加入有硫酸盐性激发剂、一元强碱碱性激发剂、二元强碱碱性激发剂。所述混凝土先将固废玻璃粉进行物理活化,碾碎至平均粒径在75μm以内,以大约30%的比例替代标准砂,同时加入碱性激发剂能够降低混凝土的ASR反应,避免由于玻璃粉的加入而带来的膨胀率过大的问题。
