The invention discloses a thermal insulation bedding tile block with long service life and high strength special for a steam pipeline based on nanometer aerogel particles. The bedding tile block comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-50% of magnesium oxide, 20-40% of halogen sheets, 0-20% of ceramic fibers and 10-30% of modified nanometer aerogel particles. The modified nano aerogel is obtained by taking isobutyltriethoxysilane or methyltrimethoxysilane as a particle surface modifier and carrying out uniform surface pretreatment on nanometer aerogel particles. The raw materials are mixed with deionized water and then cast and cured to obtain the thermal insulation tile block, and the ratio of the deionized water to the total mass of the magnesium oxide and the halogen sheets is (50-80): (60-80). The thermal insulation bedding tile block prepared by the invention has the characteristics of long service life, high strength and the like, and the aerogel is added as a thermal insulation filler, so that the heat loss of a pipeline can be effectively reduced; and the thermal insulation bedding tile block has stable physical properties, no radioactivity, environmental safety, no toxicity and no odor.
本发明公开了一种基于纳米气凝胶颗粒的蒸汽管线专用长寿命、高强度、隔热铺垫瓦块,包括以下质量百分比的原料:氧化镁30~50%,卤片20~40%,陶瓷纤维0~20%,改性纳米气凝胶颗粒10~30%。改性纳米气凝胶是以异丁基三乙氧基硅烷或甲基三甲氧基硅烷为颗粒表面修饰剂,对纳米气凝胶颗粒进行表面预处理均匀后得到的。上述原料与去离子水混合后浇注养护得到本发明的隔热瓦块,去离子水与氧化镁和卤片的总质量之比为(50~80):(60~80)。本发明制备得到的隔热铺垫瓦块具有使用寿命长,强度高等特点,加入气凝胶作为隔热填料可以有效降低管道的热损失;物理性能稳定,没有放射性,环境安全,无毒无味。
