The invention relates to a preparation method of a laminated fiber fabric reinforced radome. A laminated fiber fabric reinforced composite material radome is a product formed by dipping a fiber preform in silica sol through liquid phase circulation. The main body of a radome preform adopts a 2.5D fiber weaving method, the fabric is a one-step formed pre-oriented structure product, and the two fiber weaving methods of 2.5D and needling are combined. Meanwhile, the inner layer and the outer layer of the radome are coated with a plurality of layers of fiber cloth, the three layers of structures are laid in the same direction to form an inner, middle and outer tiled laminated structure, and then the whole prefabricated part of the multi-layer fiber braided fabric is fixed in a small-strand fiber needling mode. The radome formed by dipping in silica sol in a liquid-phase circulation mode is good in comprehensive performance of force, heat and electricity, the high requirements for bearing mechanics and ablation performance of the radome are emphasized, and the ablation resistance of the radome is improved.
本发明涉及一种叠层纤维织物增强天线罩的制备方法。叠层纤维织物增强复合材料天线罩,它是由纤维预制体通过液相循环浸渍硅溶胶成型的制品。其中,天线罩预制体主体采用2.5D的纤维编织方法,织物为一次成型的预定向结构产品,结合了2.5D及针刺两种纤维编织方法。同时,罩体内层和外层包覆数层纤维布,三层结构沿同一方向铺入,形成一个内中外层平铺叠层结构后,再通过小股纤维针刺的方式固定整个多层纤维编织物的预制件。通过液相循环浸渍硅溶胶形成的天线罩的力、热、电综合性能较好,重点突出其承受力学及烧蚀性能的高要求,提高其抗烧蚀能力。
