Magnesium oxide foamed ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a foamed ceramic material for heat insulation, sound insulation and filtration in inorganic non-metallic materials, in particular to a preparation method of magnesium oxide (MgO) foamed ceramic. The preparation method of the magnesium oxide foamed ceramic comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling treatment on magnesium oxide powder, deionized water and silica sol together to obtain mixed slurry; adding a lauryl sodium sulfate solution, hydrogen peroxide and manganese dioxide into the mixed slurry for foaming to obtain foamed slurry; injecting the foamed slurry into a mold, and carrying out drying and demolding to obtain a blank body; and sintering the blank body to obtain the magnesium oxide foamed ceramic. The method overcomes foaming problems of the magnesium oxide powder at normal temperature and normal pressure. The method has the advantages of simple process, short preparation period, controllable sample shape, high porosity and good repeatability.
本申请涉及无机非金属材料中的绝热保温、隔音和过滤用泡沫陶瓷材料,特别地涉及到一种氧化镁(MgO)泡沫陶瓷的制备方法。其中,氧化镁泡沫陶瓷的制备方法包括如下步骤:将氧化镁粉体和去离子水与硅溶胶一同球磨处理,得到混合浆料;在所述混合浆料中加入十二烷基硫酸钠溶液,双氧水和二氧化锰发泡,得到发泡浆料;将所述发泡浆料注入模具中,干燥并脱模,得到胚体;将所述胚体烧结,得到氧化镁泡沫陶瓷。本申请解决了常温常压下氧化镁粉体的发泡问题。具有工艺简单,制备周期短,样品形状可控,气孔率高、重复性好的优势。
