The steel cross beam bears horizontal component force between the fixed anchoring beam and the movable anchoring beam. The cable force of the stay cable is decomposed into vertical force and horizontal force by the anchoring beam, the vertical force is borne by the bridge tower concrete, the horizontal force is borne by the steel cross beam, the anchoring end is arranged outside the bridge tower, the overall width of the cable tower anchoring structure can be reduced, and therefore the steel consumption is reduced; and the horizontal force borne by the bridge tower can be reduced, and the cracking risk of bridge tower concrete is reduced. The simple steel straining beam anchoring structure is adopted, the weight is light, installation is convenient, and good economical efficiency and construction convenience are achieved.
