The rotary road surface cleaning unit comprises a mounting support; a rotating assembly arranged on the mounting support; a plurality of water spray assemblies; a water supply pipeline communicated with a plurality of water spraying head sets; a water collecting pipeline communicated with a plurality of recycling water tanks; each water spraying assembly comprises a recycling water tank which is provided with a flow guide plate and connected with the rotating assembly and a water spraying head set connected with the recycling water tank, and the water spraying direction of the water spraying head set and the plane where the flow guide plate is located form an angle with a road surface; and when the road surface is cleaned, the rotating assembly can drive the recycling water tank, the water spraying head set, the water supply pipeline and the water collecting pipeline to rotate together. By means of the arrangement, the situation that when staying in situ, the sprinkler head set continuously impacts the same site, so that water flow leaks and gathers in situ, and more water spots are formed is avoided.
