Combined vertical drainage body construction system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a combined vertical drainage body construction system and a construction method thereof. The drainage body construction system comprises a sleeve and a sand injection mechanism, the sleeve is provided with a first channel and a second channel which are independent of each other, and the second channel is provided with a sand injection hole and a sand blasting hole which communicate with each other; the first channel is used for containing a drainage plate, and the drainage plate can be inserted into a soft soil foundation along with the sleeve and can be separated from the first channel to be reserved in the soft soil foundation when the sleeve is pulled out of the soft soil foundation; and the sand injection mechanism is used for injecting materials into the second channel through the sand injection hole, and the materials can be sprayed out of the sand blasting hole to form a sand injection layer in the soft soil foundation. The construction difficulty can be reduced and the construction efficiency can be improved while the later drainage difficulty of a vacuum preloading drainage fixed connection method is improved, so that the construction cost is reduced.
本申请提供一种联合竖向排水体施工系统及其施工方法,排水体施工系统包括套管和注砂机构,套管设有相互独立的第一通道和第二通道,第二通道设有连通的注砂孔和喷砂孔;第一通道用于容纳排水板,排水板能随套管插入软土地基,且能在套管抽离软土地基时脱离第一通道以留在软土地基中;注砂机构用于通过注砂孔将物料注入第二通道中,且能使物料从喷砂孔喷出以在软土地基内部形成注砂层。其能够在改善真空预压排水固接法后期排水困难的同时,降低施工难度,提高施工效率,从而降低施工成本。
