The photovoltaic roof system adopting the hidden buckle structure comprises a light steel roof truss (5), a secondary purline (10), an indoor suspended ceiling gypsum board (6), a cornice (7) and a gutter (8), and further comprises a plurality of photovoltaic panel-steel plate units, wherein each photovoltaic panel-steel plate unit comprises a transverse paving photovoltaic panel (1) and a rib-free hidden buckle steel plate (11), each rib-free hidden-buckle steel plate (11) is arranged in the length direction of the light steel roof truss (5) and arranged between the light steel roof truss (5) and the corresponding transverse paving photovoltaic panel (1). Compared with the prior art, the photovoltaic roof system adopting the hidden buckle structure has the advantages that excellent waterproof performance of the roof system is guaranteed, materials are light, heavy pressure cannot be caused on the premise that the requirements for strength and rigidity are guaranteed, mounting is easy, convenient and rapid, and cost is effectively saved.
本发明涉及一种采用暗扣结构的光伏屋面系统,包括轻钢屋架(5)、次檩条(10)、室内吊顶石膏板(6)、檐口(7)和天沟(8),该系统还包括若干个光伏板‑钢板单元,所述光伏板‑钢板单元包括横铺光伏板(1)和无肋暗扣钢板(11),所述无肋暗扣钢板(11)沿轻钢屋架(5)长度方向设置,置于轻钢屋架(5)和横铺光伏板(1)之间。与现有技术相比,本发明保证了屋面系统优良的防水性能,同时材质轻,在保证强度和刚度的需求的前提下,不会造成重压,而且安装简便快捷,有效地节约成本。
