A house is formed by combining and assembling prefabricated steel-concrete beams, prefabricated steel-concrete columns, floor support plates and/or partition plates on a house foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that the prefabricated steel-concrete columns are installed on the house foundation; the prefabricated steel-concrete beams are installed on the prefabricated steel-concrete columns; the floor support plates are installed between the prefabricated steel-concrete beams; and after a frame is completed, the partition plates are installed between the beams, the columns and floors.
