The device comprises a base, a direction adjusting servo motor, an air inducing guide pipe and a moisture adsorption pipe; the upper end of the base is in shaft connection with a fan cover, the direction adjusting servo motor is fixedly installed in the middle of the base, and the upper end of the direction adjusting servo motor is connected with a relay; a water collecting device is installed on the side portion of the base and comprises the air inducing guide pipe and the moisture adsorption pipe; an air gathering device is arranged in the middle of the fan cover and comprises an air inducing opening and an air inducing impeller; a main shaft is installed in the middle of the fan cover; an installing base is installed on the outer side of the fan cover; and the other end of a screen frame is located in a through hole. According to the device for strengthening wind energy gathering and absorbing air moisture, the orientation of the air inducing opening can be automatically adjusted according to the wind direction, wind energy gathering is strengthened, wind can enter the interior to the maximum degree, and the situation that large particles enter the interior together, and consequently normal running of the device is influenced can be prevented.
