The invention discloses a surgical hand washing monitoring device, which comprises: a positioning frame arranged above a wash basin; cleaning devices, wherein the positioning frame is connected with two sets of cleaning devices, and the cleaning devices are used for cleaning palms of medical staff; a scoring device connected with the positioning frame, wherein the scoring device is connected with a positioning plate, two round holes are formed in the positioning plate, the positioning plate is fixedly connected with one side of the wash basin, the scoring device is used for acquiring hand washing images of the medical staff and then scoring, a pedal water supply valve is adopted in the cleaning device to prevent secondary bacterial contamination when water is turned off, a battery is arranged in the scoring device to supply power to a miniature camera, collected images are compared with files in an image processor, scoring is conducted, the scores are displayed on a display screen, and it is guaranteed that the hand washing standard of medical staff is met through scoring of the display screen; and an anti-overflow device, wherein the anti-overflow device adopts a floating plug to prevent a filter screen from being blocked, so that sewage in the wash basin is prevented from overflowing.
