The invention relates to the field of flexible decorative sheet production, and particularly discloses a flexible decorative sheet with a stain-resistant sliding surface and a manufacturing method thereof, and the flexible decorative sheet comprises a decorative sheet body and a smooth surface wear-resistant layer coating the upper part of the decorative sheet body; the decorative sheet body comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-50% of an inorganic mineral filler, 10-25% of an acrylic emulsion, 0-5% of a pigment, 0-15% of water, 0-3% of a water-retaining agent, 25-55% of quartz sand and 3-15% of activated carbon particles; the smooth surface wear-resistant layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of feldspar, 11 to 14 parts of potassium feldspar, 7 to 14 parts of quartz sand, 6 to 8 parts of aluminum oxide, 5 to 10 parts of talc, 10 to 20 parts of dolomite, 6 to 13 parts of wollastonite, 7 to 15 parts of nano antibacterial powder and 5 to 7 parts of building coating emulsion. Compared with a decoration piece manufactured through an existing technology, the flexibility of the flexible decorative sheet is improved by 15%, and the flexible decorative sheet is not prone to damage in the installation and use process and can adapt to buildings in different environments. And the manufactured smooth surface wear-resistant layer has better smoothness, and external stains are not easy to adhere to the outer part of the decorative sheet.

本发明涉及柔性装饰片生产领域，具体的公开了一种滑面耐污的柔性装饰片及其制造方法，包括装饰片本体和其上部涂覆的滑面耐磨层；所述装饰片本体包括质量百分比如下的组分：无机矿物填料30‑50%，丙烯酸乳液10‑25%，颜料0‑5%，水0‑15%，保水剂0‑3%和石英砂25‑55%以及活性炭颗粒3‑15%；所述滑面耐磨层包括重量份如下的组分：长石30‑40份，钾长石11‑14份，石英砂7‑14份，氧化铝6‑8份，滑石5‑10份，白云石10‑20份，硅灰石6‑13份，纳米抗菌粉7‑15份，建筑涂料乳液5‑7份。相较于现有工艺制作出来的装饰片柔韧性高出15%，安装使用中，装饰片不易损坏，能适应不同环境下的建筑物使用。且制作出来的滑面耐磨层，具有较好的光滑性，外部的污渍不易附着在装饰片的外部。
