The invention provides an aluminum silicate ceramic fiber precursor gel preparation method, which comprises: S1, carrying out intermittent pulse ultrasonic hydrolysis on an inorganic aluminum salt to obtain an inorganic aluminum salt hydrolysate; s2, adding an organic aluminum salt into the inorganic aluminum salt hydrolysate, and performing intermittent pulse ultrasonic hydrolysis to obtain a mixed aluminum salt hydrolysate; s3, adding a silicon source into the mixed aluminum salt hydrolysate, uniformly dispersing, and hydrolyzing to obtain a silicon-aluminum hydrolysate; s4, adding a thickening agent into the silicon-aluminum hydrolysate, and carrying out polymerization reaction under ultraviolet irradiation to obtain a precursor; and S5, adding the precursor into absolute ethyl alcohol, and concentrating in an alcohol-water system under ultraviolet irradiation to obtain the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber precursor gel. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, intermittent pulse ultrasound-assisted hydrolysis, ultraviolet illumination-induced hydrolysis and alcohol-water system concentration gel formation are adopted, so that the precursor gel of the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber with controllable components and performance is rapidly obtained, and the gel can be widely applied to mechanical spinning or extrusion spinning.
