Novel repairing method for bridge pier cracks immersed underwater
The invention discloses a novel repairing method for bridge pier cracks immersed underwater, which comprises the following steps: 1, bridge pier crack treatment: carrying out preliminary cleaning on the bridge pier cracks, covering the bridge pier cracks by using a rubber template, and reserving an upper side channel and a lower side channel during covering; sealing treatment being conducted between the rubber template and the surface of the to-be-repaired pier; 2, drainage and exhaust treatment: carrying out drainage treatment on the interior of the bridge pier, and discharging liquid in the bridge pier through a lower side channel, so that accumulated water in the cracks of the bridge pier is completely discharged and is full of gas; then performing exhaust treatment, pumping gas in the bridge pier out through the upper side channel, so that a negative pressure environment is formed in the crack of the bridge pier; and 3, filling: connecting a lower side pipeline with a filling machine, quickly filling the bridge pier crack with the filler from bottom to top due to pressure difference, and completely filling the bridge pier crack when the filler overflows from the outlet of an upper side pipeline. The method can be used for repairing crack wounds of bridge piers in any shapes underwater.
